Samait Shala, a non-profit from Ahmedabad, Gujarat is working to build instructional capacity in schools by supporting teachers with whole-class approaches required to address the needs of children with high learning differences and Learning Difficulties and build school management capacity to sustain those practices at the school level. Since the start of the pandemic, we have created multiple digital support modules for teachers and School Leaders to support teaching-learning practices. We have conducted personalized learning sessions for over 300 teachers, School leaders, and NGO team members across the state of Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and New Delhi.
